BLUE Stars - October 2014

Building Lasting Unforgettable Experiences...  At WILLCARE, that's what we do best!  We strive to provide exceptional customer service for all our customers, including patients, their families, physicians, vendors, referral sources, and co-workers.  We view every interaction as a chance to leave our customers with positive experiences that they will never forget. 

Our BLUE program (short for Building Lasting Unforgettable Experiences of course!) recognizes those WILLCARE team members who've gone above and beyond to provide fantastic customer service.   Once a month, the WILLCARE employees that best embody the spirit of BLUE are selected to be our BLUE Stars.  Learn more about our October 2014 winner below.

Why She Was Nominated:

WILLCARE received a telephone call from the husband of one of our client's.  He called to comment on the aide that is currently caring for his wife.  He told Kim's supervisor that she is very committed to her job, and went on to say that it is very hard when a stranger comes into your home because you need to trust them.  He informed us that she is very trustworthy, respectful and hardworking.  He couldn’t say enough positive things about her!  He further stated that he now has time to do housekeeping tasks that he neglected prior to Kim’s help.  He stated that their lives have been better since her arrival.
