The most exciting change is the point-of-entry process – WILLCARE clinicians will all use Android wireless devices to run HCHB’s PointCare™ Manager software tool and transmit patient visit data to the office in real-time.
WILLCARE will start Homecare Homebase training in Newburgh, NY in mid-October, with plans for implementation in all branches by the end of the first quarter in 2012.
