New President and COO For WILLCARE

In his new role, Eric will provide leadership and oversee all organizational operations for WILLCARE. Eric is a proven leader with an impressive track record for improving customer satisfaction, achieving greater efficiencies, expanding customer base, and improving profitability. Prior to joining WILLCARE, he served as Chief Operating Officer for Avox Systems (a subsidiary of Zodiac Aerospace) in Western New York. A firm believer in leadership by example, Eric focuses on development of top level and mid-level management, execution of strategic plan objectives, and implementation of best practices while incorporating a Lean Six Sigma approach to process improvement initiatives.
