New IT Solutions Architect For WILLCARE

Return To News & Press

Buffalo, NY, March 2013 - Local home healthcare provider WILLCARE is pleased to welcome Jim Kleinsmith to its corporate Information Technology team.    In his new role as IT Solutions Architect, Kleinsmith will be focused on a number of strategic initiatives for WILLCARE.

Kleinsmith’s primary role at WILLCARE will be to analyze, develop, and implement solutions that match the right technologies with specific business needs.  This will entail the installation of new software and the planned replacement of aging, outdated applications.  Prior to joining WILLCARE, he was employed by Fidelis Care where he held many development and leadership positions.  He was most recently responsible for the design and delivery of all web based applications for Fidelis Care.  This included the implementation of public and private portals, web site design and support, and sharing data between disparate web platforms.

“We are very pleased to have Jim join the WILLCARE team,” said Thomas Wall, Director of Information Technology for WILLCARE, “Much of Jim’s work will have direct impact on our various business areas while some will create behind the scenes improvements to the IT infrastructure.”
